Talent & HR Coordinator

We're looking for a Talent & HR Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for candidates and employees across every stage of the employee lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organised, accurate and running smoothly. Whether you're looking to build a career in Recruitment and Human Resources or you're an experienced coordinator who enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to complex processes, this role offers meaningful work and plenty of variety.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you will:

Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from job advertising and interview coordination through to offer preparation and candidate management.
Help deliver a seamless new starter experience by coordinating onboarding, inductions and pre-employment activities.
Provide HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including employment changes, record management, reporting and employee enquiries.
Support candidate sourcing and talent pipelining activities, helping identify future talent for our growing business.
Coordinate offboarding activities and contribute to continuous improvements across HR and recruitment processes.

Ideally, You'll Have

Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, office coordination or customer service
Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Taleo) and/or HR systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
