We are looking for an organised and proactive HR & Time & Attendance Coordinator to join our HR Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their HR career who enjoys working with systems, data, people, and processes while building valuable experience across HR operations.

The Opportunity
As the HR & Time & Attendance Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting our people. Working closely with site leaders, HR teams, and employees, you'll help manage time and attendance processes, maintain employee records, provide reporting insights, and support a range of HR administration activities.
We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, confidence working with time and attendance systems and data, and a genuine willingness to learn and develop in a people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of time and attendance processes, including reviewing timesheet exceptions, roster updates, and attendance records within Kronos (UKG).
- Partner with site leaders and managers to resolve time and attendance enquiries and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation across people systems.
- Generate and distribute workforce, HR, and time & attendance reports.
- Assist with onboarding, employee movements, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Respond to employee and manager enquiries relating to HR processes and systems.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of workforce management and HR systems.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with HR, Payroll, and operational teams to ensure accurate employee data and seamless people processes.
- Provide administrative support across a range of HR activities as required.
What We're Looking For
This role would suit someone who is organised, curious, systems-savvy, and eager to build a career in Human Resources.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Completing your final year of study in HR or related dicipline or a genuine desire to have a career in HR.
- Up to 2 - 5 years' experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination, Workforce Administration, Recruitment Support, Customer Service, or a similar role.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with employee data and reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with systems, ideally time and attendance and/or rostering systems.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with managers and employees.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience using a Time & Attendance or Workforce Management system (such as Kronos, UKG, Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar), highly desirable.
- Exposure to HR systems and employee administration processes.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, operations, logistics, or blue-collar workforce environment.
