Head Coach – BFT Watergardens

About the Role

As our Coach, you'll set the standard on the training floor. You'll lead by example, mentor and develop the coaching team, and ensure every member receives an outstanding coaching experience that keeps them engaged, motivated and achieving results.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about coaching, enjoys leading others, and wants to play a key role in building an exceptional studio culture.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver world-class group coaching that motivates, educates and inspires.
Lead and mentor the coaching team to maintain exceptional standards.
Ensure every class delivers a consistent, premium BFT experience.
Build genuine relationships with members and create a welcoming, inclusive community.
Support member onboarding, movement coaching and regular check-ins.
Assist with coach development, onboarding and performance feedback.
Work closely with the Studio Manager to drive member engagement, retention and studio growth.
Maintain a clean, professional and high-energy studio environment.
Be an ambassador for the BFT brand both inside and outside the studio.

About You

Essential Requirements

Certificate III & IV in Fitness (minimum).
Experience coaching group fitness classes.
Previous leadership or senior coaching experience is highly regarded.
Current First Aid and CPR.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Passion for the BFT brand and community.
