About us
Many providers offer Behaviour Support alongside a range of other services. We made a different decision - it's ALL we do. That focus is why we've been audited by the NDIS for five consecutive years with zero non-conformities, and why our supervision, training and systems are built specifically for this work rather than adapted from something broader. We're a registered provider working across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, ACT and TAS.
About the role
A hybrid, home-based role visiting clients in their homes, schools, workplaces and community - no commute. You'll:
- Conduct functional assessments and develop Comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support Plans (CPBSPs)
- Support implementation, monitor progress, and review as needed
- Identify Restrictive Practices and develop Interim Plans within NDIS timeframes
- Coach families and support workers in the plans you've written
- Connect with the wider team through training, projects and workshops
What you need
- Registered as a suitable NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner, with an NDIS practitioner number
- A relevant undergraduate qualification (ABA, Psychology, OT, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood, Teaching, Special Education, Social Work, Counselling, or similar)
- Experience developing CPBSPs and coaching families/support workers in implementing them
- Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
- A current driver's licence and insured, roadworthy vehicle
(Desirable, not essential: postgraduate qualifications or working toward them; experience across a range of ages and complex presentations - we encourage age-specific specialists to apply too.)
What we offer
- Competitive pay scaled to experience, plus a bonus structure based on quality and performance
- Professional Development allocation to spend on PD of your choice
- Weekly or fortnightly 1:1 supervision, fortnightly group training, and BCBA/CBA supervision where relevant
- Clear career progression - we promote from within
- Flexible, home-based work with an onboarding buddy and scaled billable hours while you settle in
