Lead Generation Manager — Build Something With Us

Perth | Leadership Opportunity | Solar | Telesales + Door-to-Door | Uncapped Earning Potential

Some people want a job that they are given, with limited responsibility and therefore limited potential.

Others want an opportunity to build something, take ownership and see how far they can take it.

We're looking for the second person.

Our business is entering a major new stage of growth.

We are the primary sales and lead generation partner to the largest solar company in Australia, and following significant recent expansion, the opportunity in front of us has grown considerably.

We're now looking for another person to join our leadership team and take ownership of Lead Generation across both our telesales and door-to-door channels.

This isn't about stepping into a finished department and maintaining what's already there.

We want you to help us build what comes next.

The Role

You'll work closely with the owner and leadership team, with responsibility across our lead generation operation.

You'll be involved in:

Leading our telesales and door-to-door teams
Driving performance across both channels
Recruiting and developing people
Managing KPIs and team performance
Improving training, processes and systems
Identifying opportunities to increase lead volume and quality
Helping develop new lead generation strategies
Building structure as the department grows
Playing a genuine role in how we scale the business

There will be expectations and targets, but there won't be a playbook for every decision you make.

We want someone who can learn the business, understand what we're trying to achieve and increasingly take ownership of making it happen.

Alongside your base remuneration, you'll have access to uncapped commissions and performance-based profit splits, giving you the ability to directly increase your earnings as the department grows and performs.

There isn't a fixed ceiling on what this role can earn.

For the right person, this has the potential to become much bigger than the position we're hiring for today.

Who Could Be a Great Fit?

You don't necessarily need to have spent years managing large teams.

You might already be leading people.

You might be a high-performing salesperson or appointment setter ready for your next challenge.

Or you might be someone who's always felt like you're capable of more than what your current role gives you the opportunity to prove.

Experience in sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, call centres or door-to-door would be highly regarded.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who gets excited by the idea of having real responsibility, real upside and an opportunity to build.
