Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Document Controller to join our Delivery Phase Services (DPS) team in our Perth office.
We partner with tier-one clients across resources, renewables and utilities, delivering significant multidisciplinary projects. You’ll be supported by an established national Document Control team, and work alongside our Direct Work Share team in the Philippines in a hybrid arrangement.
As we support the transition from traditional energy to renewable alternatives, you’ll play a key role in enabling and accelerating this change. Our work also spans infrastructure, resources, environmental & water, defence and much more, giving you exposure to a broad range of projects and sectors.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Support the Document Control Lead to implement the project document control system, workflows, procedures, and work instructions
- Manage day-to-day document control activities for project design and vendor data
- Register, quality-check (QA/QC), control revisions, and distribute electronic and hard-copy deliverables, ensuring traceability across the full document lifecycle
- Develop and maintain document distribution matrices
- Coordinate internal and external reviews and approvals to meet project timelines
Prepare status, tracking, and expediting reports for internal and external deliverables as required

To be successful in this role, you will have :
- Ideally 2 to 6 years’ demonstrated experience in document control within Resources and/or Engineering environments
- Experience using an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Exposure to Bentley ProjectWise, ACC Former, Aconex, ProCore, or InEight (TeamBinder) is advantageous
- A flexible approach to managing priorities across multiple concurrent projects
- Great communication skills with an extremely high level of attention to detail and organisation skills
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel registers/reporting, Word formatting, Outlook coordination), plus Bluebeam and Adobe Acrobat Pro
