Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities through various online and offline channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
Support business growth initiatives and achieve individual performance targets.

Client Relationship Management

Provide professional customer service and respond promptly to client enquiries.
Maintain long-term client relationships by delivering excellent support throughout the customer journey.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient client onboarding and ongoing account management.

Market Research

Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.
Collect client feedback and provide recommendations to improve products and customer experience.
Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for business improvement.
Maintain accurate client records using internal CRM systems.

Requirements
