What you’ll do

As a Sessional Trainer in our team, you’ll engage with a diverse cohort and deliver industry specific, job ready programs such as:

Construction & Building - construction sector essentials and workplace safety.
Horticulture - practical skills for entry-level horticulture roles
Renewable Energy - solar and tech readiness

These courses give learners the chance to take a small step toward big opportunities - building confidence and hands-on skills to become job-ready and achieve meaningful change through employment.

What you’ll bring

You’re a qualified Trainer (TAE40116 or equivalent)
Current White Card.
Recent building and construction industry experience within the last two years.
Demonstrated practical skills and current knowledge of construction work health and safety practices
A collaborative approach with great people skills, organisation and initiative.
A positive, can-do attitude with an ability to engage diverse clients with various backgrounds and levels of experience.
Good tech skills and an ability able to manage course materials, reporting and assessments independently. Familiarity with Canva would grea

Additional Requirements for our Trainers

Training is delivered at various locations across New South Wales, requiring some travel. You’ll need your own car to transport equipment.
Trainers must be able to lift up to 20kgs as part of transporting and setting up equipment.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
