What will you be doing?
-
Delivering the non-accredited, ‘Explore Being your Own Boss’ workshop as part of the Self-Employment Assistance program once per month as required
-
Meeting with existing SEA accredited training students to finalise their assessments tasks including business plans and financials.

Scheduling ‘one-on-one’ sessions for existing students
-
Provide onsite, face-to-face support with students to support their personal learning and completion of the business plan.

Delivering regular group sessions to support students
-
Delivery of accredited training such as Small Business Essentials, Certificate III and Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship
-
Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to improve training program service offerings for both accredited and non-accredited courses
-
Attend sites of referring providers (internal and external) to build engagement and rapport; answer enquiries; and encourage continuous improvement
Who are you?
We are looking for skills and experience such as:
-
Experience in the management and development of Training programs
-
Experience in face to face, online, and workplace-based delivery models
-
Experience working with SMS and LMS platforms
-
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, including report writing as and when required
-
Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
-
Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace and coordinate administrative requirements.
-
Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems
-
Ability to establish and create networks across employment service providers
-
High level communication skills, both oral and written
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
