Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Sydney Cabramatta is a 4-star boutique hotel offering safe, hygienic, and convenient accommodation in line with Safe Work Australia (SWA) guidelines. Our hotel features comfortable and spacious guest rooms; 1 & 2 bedroom apartments; luxury spa suites; an excellent restaurant and bar; as well as leisure facilities including a gym, fitness centre, and swimming pool.

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented housekeeping attendant to join our team and help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction our hotel is known for.

About the Role

As a housekeeping attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms, apartments, and public areas are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms, apartments, and suites to hotel standards
Make beds, change linen, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready
Clean bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining overall room presentation
Report maintenance issues, lost property, and any guest concerns promptly
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and Safe Work Australia guidelines
Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in a clean and organised manner
Assist with public area cleaning when required
Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and ability to meet room turnaround deadlines
A positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required
