Quest Townsville on Eyre is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About Us

Quest Townsville on Eyre offers newly refurbished serviced apartment accommodation in the heart of Townsville. We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming, professional, and memorable stay for all our guests.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and lasting impression. Casual position with full time hours available for the right candidate. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out processes
Handling reservations and enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Providing local information and recommendations
Managing guest requests promptly and professionally
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
Ensuring the reception area is presented to a high standard

About You

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Experience with property management systems
