Full-Time Position
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Facilities Worker / Handyman to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and taking pride in maintaining safe, functional, and well-presented facilities across our sites.
The successful candidate will have strong practical skills, a proactive attitude, and experience completing general maintenance tasks. You will work closely with managers and the facilities team to ensure maintenance issues are identified, actioned, and completed efficiently.
This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. No two days will be the same, with a mixture of preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general handyman duties.
Key responsibilities include:

Completing general repairs and maintenance tasks across sites
- Conducting preventative maintenance checks and identifying potential issues before they become major problems
- Basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, patching, and repair work
- Assembly, installation, and replacement of fixtures, fittings, and equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing general facility issues
- Assisting with site improvements and maintenance projects
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organised manner
- Responding to maintenance requests and completing jobs within required timeframes
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with workplace procedures
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance, trade assistant, or handyman role
- Strong general maintenance and repair skills
- Ability to confidently assess issues and find practical solutions
- Good communication skills and a professional approach when working across different sites
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- A current driver’s licence
Trade qualifications are highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate with strong hands-on experience.
