About the Role

We're looking for a Distribution Warehouse Operator to join our team in Coopers Plains, QLD on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering quality outcomes, and thrives as part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing

Champion and promote a safety-first culture, supporting our commitment to Zero Harm and our Never Walk Past safety philosophy.
Support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately.
Process customer orders, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to support warehouse activities.
Work closely with team members to meet operational and customer service requirements.
Assist with general warehouse and distribution tasks as required.

What You'll Bring

A current and valid Forklift Licence (essential).
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic.

Working Hours

We currently have a day shift position working Monday to Friday, 5:30am - 1:30pm and afternoon shift position, working Monday to Friday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm, offering consistent hours and no weekend work.
