We're looking for a Distribution Warehouse Operator to join our team in Coopers Plains, QLD on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering quality outcomes, and thrives as part of a collaborative team.
- Champion and promote a safety-first culture, supporting our commitment to Zero Harm and our Never Walk Past safety philosophy.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately.
- Process customer orders, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to support warehouse activities.
- Work closely with team members to meet operational and customer service requirements.
- Assist with general warehouse and distribution tasks as required.
- A current and valid Forklift Licence (essential).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
This role is an afternoon shift position, working Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, offering consistent hours and no weekend work.
