We specialise in custom homes and tailored building solutions, with a strong focus on honesty, accountability, craftsmanship, clear communication and long-term relationships.

As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are looking to connect with reliable, experienced subcontractors and trade partners who take pride in their work and want to be part of a professional, well-organised building team.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from:

Carpenters

About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to work with a growing custom home builder that values respectful communication, quality workmanship, organised project delivery and strong trade relationships.

You will work across residential construction projects, including custom homes, tailored builds and related residential construction works.

What We Are Looking For

Reliable and experienced subcontractors
Strong residential construction experience
High-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Good communication with supervisors, office staff and other trades
Ability to work to schedules and meet agreed timeframes
Professional, respectful and solutions-focused attitude
Commitment to site safety, compliance and clean worksites
Relevant licences, trade qualifications and insurances
Ongoing work rights in Australia
