About the Role:
LTE Structures (QLD) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of multiple precast concrete projects from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within contractual requirements and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple precast concrete projects from commencement through to completion
- Lead project coordination activities to ensure contractual obligations, programme
- Develop, manage and monitor project programmes, production schedules and delivery forecasts
- Coordinate project activities to align design, manufacturing, logistics and installation requirements
- Oversee shop drawing development, design coordination and technical documentation processes
- Coordinate communication between drafting teams, design consultants and builders to ensure timely approvals and resolution of technical issues
- Coordinate the procurement of project-specific materials, moulds, lifting equipment, consumables and specialised components
- Assist in monitoring project costs, procurement activities and resource utilisation to support project budget objectives and commercial performance
- Ensure project deliverables are completed in accordance with contractual, regulatory and company requirements
- Lead, mentor and supervise Project Coordinators and junior project personnel
Mandatory Requirements
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Experience working on construction or precast erection sites
- Physical ability to handle manual tasks safely and efficiently
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering is highly desirable
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Construction Project Manager
