The Role

As our Sales & Assistant Club Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for every prospective member walking through our doors or contacting the club.

Your primary responsibility is simple:

Generate new memberships and deliver an exceptional member experience from the very first interaction.
You'll own the complete sales journey—from enquiry through to consultation, tour, membership sign-up and onboarding—while supporting the Club Manager with the day-to-day operation of the club.

You'll also step into a leadership role by supporting our team, driving promotions, and ensuring every member and guest receives outstanding service.

What You'll Be Doing

Converting enquiries into appointments and memberships.
Conducting engaging club tours and consultations.
Building genuine relationships with prospective and existing members.
Following up leads through phone calls, SMS and email.
Working towards exciting monthly sales targets.
Re-engaging former members and generating referrals.
Managing daily front desk operations.
Supporting and mentoring club support staff.
Assisting with club promotions and marketing campaigns.
Acting as Club Manager when required.
Delivering an exceptional member experience every day.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Loves sales and enjoys closing deals.
Has outstanding communication and people skills.
Is confident speaking on the phone and face-to-face.
Can build trust and rapport quickly.
Enjoys working towards KPIs and sales targets.
Takes ownership and accountability for results.
Is organised and can manage multiple priorities.
Brings positive energy and enthusiasm every day.
Wants to develop into a future Club Manager or leadership role.

Previous fitness industry experience is welcomed but not essential.

If you've worked in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, real estate, automotive sales, telecommunications, recruitment or any high-performing sales environment—we'd love to hear from you.
