WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced Gym Manager (essential)
- Strong leader with presence and authority
- Commercially driven - you understand numbers and KPIs
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Confident handling difficult situations and making decisions
- Passionate about delivering a premium member experience
