Your next career opportunity
In this senior leadership role, you will shape integrated sport operations that enhance student wellbeing and participation. You will lead diverse teams, optimise facilities and drive sustainable growth across Melbourne University Sport’s core services.
Oversee safe, compliant and optimised sport and fitness facilities, including capital projects, maintenance and asset lifecycle management.
Build strategic partnerships across SASS, faculties and external bodies, strengthening capability, innovation and service reach.
Provide authoritative reporting, insights and advice to senior leaders, enhancing governance, risk management and continuous improvement.
You may be a great fit if you:
Bring significant leadership experience in sport, fitness, wellbeing or related operations, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, embedding accountability, inclusion, innovation and continuous improvement cultures.
