We now have an exciting opportunity for a Surveillance Case Manager, to work within our National Investigations Team based at our head office in Alexandria.

This is a full time, permanent role.

Your Role:

Updating our valued clients on the progress of factual investigations.
Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration.
General insurance investigations support.
Coordinating travel bookings and preparing external information requests.
Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution.
Skip traces & witness location support.

About You

We’re seeking a passionate and driven professional who has:

Excellent customer service focus and client-centred approach;
Intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office);
Experience, exposure and/or an interest within a relevant industry (insurance, investigations or legal);
Superior time management skills and diary management of up to 50 resources for weeks in advance;
Ability to thrive under pressure, ability to multi-task & adapt to constantly changing priorities and client demands;
Have excellent written & verbal communication skills;
Negotiation and strategic planning; and
A commitment to assisting the team with some weekend/out of hours work calls.
