We now have an exciting opportunity for a
Surveillance Case Manager, to work within our National Investigations Team based at our head office in
Alexandria.
This is a full time, permanent role.
Your Role:
- Updating our valued clients on the progress of factual investigations.
- Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration.
- General insurance investigations support.
- Coordinating travel bookings and preparing external information requests.
- Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution.
- Skip traces & witness location support.

About You
We’re seeking a passionate and driven professional who has:
- Excellent customer service focus and client-centred approach;
- Intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Experience, exposure and/or an interest within a relevant industry (insurance, investigations or legal);
- Superior time management skills and diary management of up to 50 resources for weeks in advance;
- Ability to thrive under pressure, ability to multi-task & adapt to constantly changing priorities and client demands;
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills;
- Negotiation and strategic planning; and
- A commitment to assisting the team with some weekend/out of hours work calls.
