Full time Redcliffe based role – Monday to Friday – 8 hour days

Service Administrator

Full-time | Monday - Friday 8 hour days | Redcliffe WA

The Role

The Service Administrator is a key operations professional who plays a critical role in supporting Daltech's team. The ideal person is a proactive, organised and customer-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple priorities. Experience in mine site administration, maintenance services administration, or a related operational support role will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all service administration activities, including timesheet processing, purchase orders, invoicing, work order management and service documentation.
Support Service Supervisors with mobilisation activities, project administration, coordination and information gathering.
Maintain accurate records across internal systems and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Manage office supplies and general administrative requirements for the Perth branch.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, responding to enquiries and directing incoming calls.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance administrative efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements:

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience working with ERP, maintenance management or service management systems.
Previous experience in service administration, maintenance administration, workshop administration or a similar operational support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Experience within mining, maintenance, engineering or industrial services will be highly regarded.
