Title: Duty Manager

Position Overview:
The Duty Manager is responsible for leading shift operations across all cinema departments, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and full compliance with company policies and WHS standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all cinema operations during shifts, ensuring seamless delivery across all departments.
Supervise, coach, and support team members to maintain productivity, performance, and service standards.
Ensure exceptional customer experiences by proactively resolving issues and maintaining high presentation standards, including projection quality.
Uphold compliance with WHS, company policies, and operational procedures, including incident management and reporting.
Manage administrative tasks, stock control, and readiness for events and campaigns to support business performance.

What You’ll Bring

Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
Solid operational knowledge with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and consistent standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Good understanding of compliance, safety, and operational procedures within a multi-department environment.
Effective communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
