Most physiotherapists in their first couple of years spend a lot of time feeling like they're figuring it out alone.

Seeing patients with no real framework. Getting vague feedback, if any at all. Wondering whether they're actually getting better, or just getting busier. Here's the truth nobody tells you at university: your degree gives you the foundation, but the clinics you join in your first few years will shape the kind of therapist you become for the rest of your career.

The question isn't just "can I get a job?" It's: where will I learn the most, the fastest, from people who've genuinely done it at the highest level? If you're hungry to grow, brilliant with people, and ready to be coached into something exceptional, keep reading.

About Physiocare Health Solutions

We're one of the most respected clinics in Castle Hill treating both Vestibular Disorders and MSK injuries. Our founder, Steven O'Connell has over 30 years of clinical experience and has completed advanced training and qualifications in both MSK and Vestibular Disorders.

Right now, we're looking for the right person to grow into this role, not someone who already has all the answers, but someone with the attitude, the people skills, and the drive to become genuinely excellent.

The Role: Physiotherapist

Let's be honest about what this role is. You won't arrive knowing everything, and you're not expected to. What you will have from day one is a world-class mentorship programme, a proven clinical framework, and a team around you that's invested in making you brilliant.

Your job is to show up, be coachable, care about your patients, and commit to the process. We'll provide everything else. Evening and weekend availability will be required

What You'll Be Doing

Seeing and treating patients using the GoTo Clinic approach, a methodology you'll be trained in fully from the start. You will be applying these concepts to both vestibular and MSK patients. You won't be guessing. You'll have a framework, a supervisor, and a team behind every decision. Building real relationships with patients, understanding their lives, their goals, and what getting better actually means to them. This is where being a great people person matters as much as clinical skill.

Attending weekly in-service training, not as a box to tick, but as the core of how you'll develop. These sessions are where the growth happens. Monthly 1-to-1 development meetings with senior clinician, focused on your progress, your cases, and where you're heading.

Full access to the Go-To Therapist Mentorship and Master Clinician Programme, worth over $4,500 annually, included as part of your role.

Maintaining clear, accurate documentation, because good clinical records are part of good clinicalcare.

Contributing to the team, quarterly planning days, sharing what you're learning, and raising the energy in the room.

AHPRA-registered.
