You’ll have control over how your diary is structured, with flexibility across community, clinic and work-from-home options. We focus on outcomes and quality care, not chasing unrealistic numbers.
What You’ll Do
Based in
Campbelltown (Remote or hybrid role with options to work from our Bankstown team as you want), you’ll support
NDIS and Aged Care participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
The Bankstown office has a team of 14 clinicians with a make up of:
6 OT's, 4 Speech Pathologist's, 1 Physiotherapist, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioners and 1 Allied Health Assistant.
You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications
Full General AHPRA registration- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Minimum of 4 years post grad experience
