About the Job
At The Arnott's Group, our purpose is simple: creating delicious moments.

We're looking for a friendly, organised and professional Reception / Office Coordinator to be the face of our North Strathfield Head Office. This is a highly visible role that combines reception, administration and office coordination responsibilities, ensuring our workplace runs smoothly while delivering a great experience for employees, visitors and contractors.

Working closely with the Office Manager and a wide range of stakeholders across the business, you'll enjoy a role that offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to build relationships with people at every level of the organisation.

This is a part-time position working onsite Monday to Friday, 12:30pm to 4:30pm.

About You
You enjoy being the person people can rely on. You're approachable, proactive and take pride in keeping things organised and running efficiently.

You'll bring:
Previous experience in reception, administration or office coordination
A strong customer service mindset and professional presentation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
Experience using Microsoft Office applications
SAP experience is advantageous but not essential

What Your Days Look Like
Managing the front desk, visitor arrivals and the main switchboard
Coordinating courier bookings, deliveries and incoming mail
Organising security passes and contractor access
Maintaining office supplies, stationery, kitchen stock and amenities
Processing purchase orders, invoices and receipting activities
Managing car park access requests and records
Supporting meeting room set-up, catering and office events
Preparing welcome and farewell packs for employees
Assisting Executive Assistants and internal teams with ad hoc requests
Supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day office operations
