Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital is an acute hospital that supports a population of approximately 80,000 and is the only ANZAC Memorial hospital remaining in NSW. Easily accessible to Sydney residents, our team of clinicians, allied health, and support staff works with the community on a shared goal to maintain the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Blue Mountains region.
Be the voice and face of two vital Blue Mountains healthcare facilities as an Emergency Department & Switchboard Administration Officer. In this role you'll play a critical frontline role supporting Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital and Springwood Hospital, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patients, visitors and staff receive timely assistance when it matters most.
Working within a supportive team on a 24/7 rotating roster, you'll manage patient administration functions within the Emergency Department, facilitate hospital-wide telephony and paging services, and coordinate emergency call responses. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys variety, and takes pride in delivering accurate, professional and compassionate service.
