About the Role
Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager to join our Sydney team and play a key role in delivering complex and meaningful projects across the Data Centre, Industrial and Mission Critical Sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to advance your client-side career, working alongside a supportive and flexible team that values professional growth, initiative, and the delivery of exceptional project outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data centre and mission critical infrastructure projects, partnering with leading clients in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the market. You will manage projects from inception through to completion, providing strategic advice, stakeholder management, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

10+ years' experience in property project management, with exposure to Data Centres, Health, Industrial or other Mission Critical projects.
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Property, or a related discipline.
Experience with project planning, including planning applications, procurement and management of consultants, and coordination of design.
Practical on-site construction experience and a strong understanding of construction methodologies.
Experience working in live operational environments, including stakeholder coordination to enable works.
Proven client-side consultancy experience or a comparable project leadership background.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.
A genuine commitment to fostering a positive team culture and contributing to the ongoing success of the business.
