How to apply
Submit your cover letter and most up to date resume (up to 5 pages), highlighting your relevant skills and experience. Please also answer the below selection questions:
- Describe a large-scale technology adoption program you have led. What was your approach, how many users were impacted, and what outcomes were achieved?
- Microsoft Copilot and AI tools require changes in user behaviour, not just technology deployment. Describe how you have driven adoption and sustained behavioural change in a previous role.
- Provide an example of a situation where stakeholders were resistant to a major digital change initiative. How did you gain buy-in and what was the result?
