Robertson's Building Products (under the PSA Group - Plastic Solutions Australia), is seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the high-end residential, commercial and façade sectors in NSW.

If you know the construction industry, enjoy building relationships with architects, builders and developers, and have the commercial drive to turn opportunities into profitable projects, this could be your next career move.

About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you will:

Identify and win new business across high-end residential, commercial and façade projects.
Build strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, developers, façade contractors and consultants.
Engage with projects early, influencing product selection and specification.
Manage opportunities from initial lead through specification, tender, quotation and project delivery.
Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
Present product solutions, samples and technical information to clients and design professionals.
Work closely with estimating, sales, manufacturing and logistics teams to deliver the right solutions.
Negotiate commercial outcomes and secure profitable project opportunities.
Represent Robertson's Building Products at client meetings, site visits and industry events.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in business development, sales or specification within construction or building products.
Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and design professionals.
Commercially focused, with strong negotiation and business development skills.
Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and multiple projects.
Proactive, organised and driven to identify opportunities before competitors.
Established network across premium residential builders, commercial builders, architects, façade consultants, developers, and project managers.
A strong communicator who can understand technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Client-first mindset with the ability to build trust and credibility in premium project environments.
Experienced using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines and forecasts.
Willing to travel to client offices, architectural practices, construction sites, design meetings and showrooms, (some interstate travel at times).
Professional presentation and strong representation of the Robertson's Building Products brand in the market.
Holds a current driver's licence.
A qualification in Business, Construction Management, Architecture, Design, Engineering or a related discipline is desirable, along with a current White Card or relevant construction site certification.

Experience in façades, precast, masonry, cladding, walling systems or architectural building products will be highly regarded.
