Landscape Gardener/ Senior Horticulturalist - Sutherland & Sydney

Tranquil Group are a team of specialist landscapers & horticulturalists established in 2014. Founded in Sydney, we’ve developed strong relationships with clients across various landscape projects spreading to both commercial & residential property maintenance across the East Coast of Australia.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Horticulturalist to care for high-end residential & commercial strata properties in the Sutherland Shire & Sydney.
This role requires a strong understanding of horticulture, an exceptional eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining gardens to an immaculate standard year-round.
The ideal candidate will take pride in presenting outdoor spaces at their absolute best with a pro-active approach to plant health, seasonal presentation & overall garden aesthetics.

What We Require
- Experience maintaining premium residential gardens
- Qualification in Horticulture essential
- Strong pruning and hedge shaping skills
- Good plant identification and horticultural knowledge
- A sharp eye for detail and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Professional and respectful communication with clients
- Reliability, punctuality, and pride in workmanship
You will be supported by our Operations Manager who has extensive hands-on experience and detailed knowledge of the properties, ensuring you are well guided on client expectations and presentation standards.
