Business Development Sales Representative – Food & Beverage Supplies

$32–$38 per hour + uncapped commission | 15–20 hours per week | Flexible

Nutrisip is a growing Australian supplier of beverages, custom branded bottled water, foodservice products and workplace consumables to businesses across Sydney and NSW.

Our customers and target markets include hospitals, aged care facilities, automotive dealerships, clubs, corporate offices, hospitality venues and other multi-site organisations.

We are looking for an energetic and confident Business Development Sales Representative to help us win new customers and grow existing opportunities.

This is not simply an account-management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, speaking with decision-makers and turning conversations into long-term customers.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Identifying and prospecting potential new business customers
Making outbound calls and following up warm and existing leads
Contacting decision-makers by phone and email
Introducing Nutrisip's products and service solutions
Following up quotations, samples and proposals
Booking and attending customer meetings where appropriate
Developing relationships with purchasing managers, facility managers, chefs, hospitality managers and other decision-makers
Maintaining a consistent sales pipeline
Helping convert new accounts into recurring customers

You won't be starting from scratch. Nutrisip already has established products, customers, supplier relationships and target markets, as well as existing leads and prospects to follow up.

What We're Looking For

We'd particularly like to hear from someone who:

Has previous B2B sales or business development experience
Is confident making outbound sales calls
Is comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
Can work independently and manage their own follow-ups
Is persistent without being pushy
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Enjoys winning new business and building long-term customer relationships
Is motivated by both a base hourly rate and commission

Experience in foodservice, beverages, hospitality supplies, FMCG, healthcare, aged care, automotive or B2B wholesale would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

Hours & Remuneration

Approximately 15–20 hours per week initially
$32–$38 per hour, depending on experience
Uncapped commission for new business generated
Flexible working arrangement
Ability to work from home for prospecting and follow-up activities
Travel reimbursement for approved customer visits

There is genuine potential for the position and hours to grow as the customer base expands.
