City Venue Management (CVM) is recruiting casual team members across Toowoomba for the busy summer season.

We're recruiting across the following venues:

Milne Bay Aquatic & Fitness Centre
Highfields Aquatic & Fitness Centre

We're currently recruiting:

Swim Teachers

Pool Lifeguards & Customer Service Attendants (all CVM customer service team members are Pool Lifeguard qualified)

Qualifications required or willing to obtain

Swim Teacher

Swim and Water Safety Teacher Qualification
Blue Card
First Aid Certificate including CPR

Pool Lifeguard & Customer Service Attendant

Pool Lifeguard Award
Blue Card
First Aid Certificate including CPR

Important Information

Applicants without the required qualifications must be willing to complete an upcoming August Swim Teacher or Pool Lifeguard course before commencing. Courses are available through Ampd Academy or any accredited training provider.
A paid Blue Card is required before employment. Please apply early, as processing typically takes 1–3 business days and may take longer if you need to obtain a Customer Reference Number (CRN) first.
