With an extensive aquatics program with multi-layered swimming squads from Learn to Swim through to National Level swimmers, our Swim program provides skills in swimming technique, water confidence, survival, water safety and endurance. About the role:
We are seeking a driven, experienced and highly engaged Performance Coach to lead our State and National Swimming Squads. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated coach to build on the strength of an established program, inspire athletes to reach their potential and drive a culture of performance, development and team success.
About you:
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have a Swimming Australia Coach License with Advanced Endorsement (or equivalent qualification)
- Have experience as a Performance Swimming Coach
- Have a current First Aid Certificate and Lifeguard Certificate.
- Have current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
- Demonstrate a high level of administrative and computer skills.
- Are confident working with children and young people
- Create safe, positive and engaging learning experiences
- Are reliable, enthusiastic and committed to student progress and wellbeing.
