We're looking for an experienced salesperson to join us, someone who already knows the industry and wants to build their career somewhere that invests in them properly.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Richmond, NSW. You'll manage residential listings, conduct appraisals, and guide clients from first consultation through to settlement, prospecting, open homes, negotiation, the lot.

No territory restrictions. You're free to build your own patch and client base, you're not locked into a single suburb or forced to compete for leads within a rigid zone.

Qualifications

Current Real Estate License (NSW)
Previous experience in residential real estate sales, ideally with an existing track record and client base
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills in a target-driven environment
Solid understanding of real estate market principles, including local Hawkesbury trends
Confident communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships with clients
Comfortable using CRM systems, listing platforms, and everyday digital marketing tools
Well organised, able to juggle multiple listings and appointments without dropping the ball
Valid driver's license and reliable transport
