Opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to take on a multi client & multi asset portfolio. You will be driven to maximise the performance of the property portfolio by working with owners, landlords and investors to develop and implement commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.
The role:
Working alongside an experienced property management leader
Accountable for the overall performance of the properties
Responsible to deliver property management services including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issues
Monitor financial transactions and prepare detailed monthly reports to the client.
Prepare an annual business strategy plan on all aspects of the management to the client
Ensure all files of the property/portfolio are maintained
Maintain a current an accurate tenancy schedule
Maintain close liaison with the owner, occupiers, and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements
Assist in the administration of all leases to ensure compliance by owners and tenants
What you'll need to succeed:
NSW Real Estate License
A property related qualification and proven experience in property management working with large property portfolios or assets consisting of office, retail and/or industrial assets
Experience within lease administration and renewal negotiations
Current NSW drivers license and vehicle
A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
