Job Description

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be essential in supporting project delivery across AECOM’s diverse portfolio. Your role will ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Coordinate project schedules, Salesforce setup, and document workflows to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with AECOM standards and governance.
Support project delivery through meeting setups, project planning, and financial coordination.
Assist with team management tasks, including briefings, travel arrangements, and security clearances.
Foster collaboration across teams to meet stakeholder needs and maintain high-quality governance standards.

Qualifications

Proven project administration experience, ideally 5+ years in construction, infrastructure, professional services, or Defence, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and track milestones.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and prepare professional reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (MS Project); SharePoint and Aconex experience is advantageous.
Professionalism and adaptability: proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams.
