We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of business projects across the organisation. Working closely with senior management and key stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives while maintaining accurate documentation and project governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling and delivery of business projects by developing project plans, monitoring milestones, tracking progress and ensuring project deadlines are achieved.
- Prepare, maintain and administer project documentation including project plans, meeting minutes, action registers, reports, policies, procedures and other project records to support effective project governance.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors and external service providers to coordinate project activities, manage resources and ensure the successful implementation of operational initiatives.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditure and resource allocation, prepare project reporting and assist with procurement and supplier management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks, issues and opportunities for process improvement, supporting the implementation of new systems, technologies and operational procedures to improve business efficiency and ensure compliance with organisational requirements.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' full-time experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar project support role.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects and managing competing priorities.
- Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, policies and procedures.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, suppliers and external service providers.
- Experience supporting project budgets, procurement activities and project reporting.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
