Program Lead – Mandala Farm Day Program

Our Team Members (participants) spend their days working with farm animals, creating enrichment activities, growing produce, cooking, building projects, learning practical life skills and forming genuine friendships in a beautiful outdoor environment.

Mandala Care Group is an innovative, NDIS-registered provider committed to delivering high quality supports that help people live meaningful, connected and independent lives.

Our Farm Day Program offers Team Members (participants) the opportunity to build confidence, learn practical life skills, develop friendships and enjoy meaningful activities in a unique farm environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for leading the daily operations of our flagship Farm Day Program.

This includes:

· Leading and coaching a passionate team

· Delivering an engaging, structured daily program

· Assisting with program facilitation

· Creating an exceptional experience for Team Members (participants) and families

· Maintaining high standards across safety, quality and compliance

· Building relationships with families, Support Coordinators and allied health professionals

· Continuously improving the program through innovation and leadership

· Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly

Essential Experience

You’ll ideally have experience in:

· Leadership or management

· Disability, community services or human services

· Positive Behaviour Support

· Team development and coaching

· Operational management

· Stakeholder engagement

· Program delivery or coordination

· Problem solving and decision making

Experience leading disability day programs is highly regarded but not essential if you’ve demonstrated exceptional leadership elsewhere.

Essential Requirements

· Current Driver Licence

· NDIS Worker Screening Check

· Working With Children Check

· National Police Check

· NDIS Worker Orientation Module
