What you'll do
As the Program Manager, Fulfilment Capability & Innovation (FCI), you will play a central leadership role in orchestrating program activity, establishing strategic prioritisation, and owning the integrated capability roadmap across the team.
Functioning as the strategic bridge between FCI (capability creation) and Customer Fulfilment Operations (capability execution), you will ensure a unified operational plan, aligned prioritisation, and a cohesive Operations community across eComX. In addition to embedding core business management rhythms and performance reporting frameworks, you will lead our annual and quarterly planning cycles to safeguard operational stability. Simultaneously, you will serve as the department’s cultural anchor, championing team engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
