-
A strong customer service mindset, ideally developed in a licensing, registration or regulatory environment.
-
Proven leadership and collaboration skills, including the ability to coach, motivate and mentor others.
-
Practical experience interpreting and applying legislation across one or more regulatory frameworks.

-
Experience using systems such as Loris and Objective is highly desirable.
