Join a Prestige Automotive Repair Facility

ESR Bespoke Studio is a state-of-the-art prestige smash repair facility specialising in high-end and luxury vehicles. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Buffer / Detailer to join our team in Alexandria.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has an excellent eye for detail and understands the importance of presenting a vehicle to the highest possible standard.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Buffing and polishing repaired and painted vehicles
Paint correction and finishing
Removing sanding marks, imperfections and paint defects
Detailing vehicles inside and out
Final preparation and presentation of vehicles
Inspecting finished vehicles to ensure a high-quality finish
Maintaining polishing and detailing equipment
Working closely with spray painters and the wider workshop team
Ensuring vehicles are presented to a premium standard before delivery
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional work area

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in automotive polishing or detailing
Has excellent attention to detail
Takes pride in producing a high-quality finish
Understands paint correction and polishing techniques
Can identify paint imperfections and defects
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Is reliable and punctual
Can work independently and as part of a team
Prestige or luxury vehicle experience is highly regarded
