Join a Prestige Automotive Repair Facility
ESR Bespoke Studio is a state-of-the-art prestige smash repair facility specialising in high-end and luxury vehicles. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Buffer / Detailer to join our team in Alexandria.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has an excellent eye for detail and understands the importance of presenting a vehicle to the highest possible standard.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Buffing and polishing repaired and painted vehicles
- Paint correction and finishing
- Removing sanding marks, imperfections and paint defects
- Detailing vehicles inside and out
- Final preparation and presentation of vehicles
- Inspecting finished vehicles to ensure a high-quality finish
- Maintaining polishing and detailing equipment
- Working closely with spray painters and the wider workshop team
- Ensuring vehicles are presented to a premium standard before delivery
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional work area
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in automotive polishing or detailing
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Takes pride in producing a high-quality finish
- Understands paint correction and polishing techniques
- Can identify paint imperfections and defects
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Is reliable and punctual
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Prestige or luxury vehicle experience is highly regarded
