MOBILE SMART REPAIR TECHNICIAN / AUTOMOTIVE SPRAY PAINTER

Rapid Smart Repairs is looking for an experienced Mobile SMART Repair Technician / Automotive Spray Painter to join our growing Sydney operation.
We specialise in high-quality mobile cosmetic vehicle repairs completed at customers’ homes, workplaces and dealership locations. With eight years in business and strong demand across Sydney, we are looking for a reliable technician who takes pride in producing an excellent finish.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for completing mobile cosmetic vehicle repairs, including:
- Bumper scuff and scratch repairs
- Minor automotive paint repairs
- Paint preparation, colour matching and blending
- Small dent and panel repairs within your experience
- Sanding, priming, spraying, polishing and finishing
- Inspecting vehicles and explaining completed work to customers
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional mobile work area
- Delivering consistently high-quality workmanship
ABOUT YOU
To be considered, you must have:
- Automotive spray-painting qualifications or proven SMART repair experience
- Strong colour-matching, blending and refinishing skills
- Experience repairing bumper scuffs, scratches and minor paint damage
- A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- A current Australian driver licence
- The ability to work independently and manage daily jobs efficiently
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Full Australian working rights
- A reliable, professional and honest attitude
Subcontractors must also hold a valid ABN and appropriate insurance.
