ESR Bespoke Studio is a state-of-the-art prestige smash repair facility specialising in high-end and luxury vehicles. We are looking for a Paint Shop Labourer to join our growing team in Alexandria.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, motivated and eager to learn and wants to build a career within the automotive refinishing industry.
About the Role
Working alongside our experienced spray painters, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting spray painters with day-to-day tasks
- Preparing vehicles and parts for the painting process
- Sanding, masking and preparation work
- Cleaning and maintaining the paint shop and equipment
- Moving and organising vehicles and parts
- Assisting with paint preparation and workshop duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Following quality and safety procedures
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Has a genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Is physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop environment
- Has good attention to detail
- Can work effectively as part of a team
- Is willing to learn and develop new skills
- Previous automotive or paint shop experience is preferred.
