Office Manager – Full-Time

Location: Hobart, TAS

Salary: From $80,000+ per annum

Employment Type: Full-Time

Ace Global Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who can manage administrative functions, support business operations, and contribute to a productive workplace.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, organise, direct and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Develop, implement and review office systems, policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Coordinate office resources, facilities, equipment and supplies to ensure smooth business operations.
Supervise, train and support administrative staff, allocating work and monitoring performance.
Prepare budgets, monitor office expenditure and maintain financial and administrative records.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and business events.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and external service providers.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
Maintain confidential records and oversee document management systems.
Assist senior management with operational planning, reporting and business administration.

Skills and Experience

Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
