About the Role
As Executive Director – Finance and Corporate Services (permanent, full time), you will provide strategic, financial and operational leadership across corporate services, ensuring the organisation’s financial viability, integrity and reputation.
You will hold accountability for end-to-end fiscal management, and will lead a diverse portfolio spanning facilities, fleet, legal, marketing, media and digital presence, philanthropic development, brand, advocacy, technology and contractor management.
This role drives disciplined commercial decision-making, effective resource allocation, and strong governance frameworks that enable organisational strategy, growth, and impact.
We are seeking an experienced, vision-focused leader who can bring clarity, direction and confidence to complex environments while aligning people and purpose.
You will lead and empower a large and diverse team of approximately 50 employees, fostering a culture grounded in collaboration, compassion, courage, inclusion, and empowerment.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have
- CA/CPA qualification with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior financial (CFO-level) or corporate services executive role, with a track record of building strong business partnerships and ensuring compliance within complex and evolving regulatory environments. Human services experience is highly regarded.
- Strong leadership capability, with the ability to build shared understanding and commitment to organisational Mission, Vision and Values.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead organisation-wide initiatives, including planning and prioritising complex reform programs to deliver key strategic objectives.
- Proven experience engaging and influencing staff and stakeholders, developing strong and constructive relationships and partnerships, and creating a shared vision that builds direction, alignment and purpose.
