Ace Global Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who can manage administrative functions, support business operations, and contribute to a productive workplace.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, direct and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Develop, implement and review office systems, policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate office resources, facilities, equipment and supplies to ensure smooth business operations.
- Supervise, train and support administrative staff, allocating work and monitoring performance.
- Prepare budgets, monitor office expenditure and maintain financial and administrative records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and business events.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
- Maintain confidential records and oversee document management systems.
- Assist senior management with operational planning, reporting and business administration.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
