As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a trusted voice at the table; influencing leaders, lifting capability, and strengthening culture across the business.
You will:

Partner directly with an Executive portfolio, building trusted relationships and becoming a genuine advisor to senior leaders and your Executive.

Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle across your portfolio.

Provide practical, commercially sound HR advice that helps leaders make confident people decisions.

Manage complex employee relations and case work with care, consistency and sound judgement.

Build strong relationships across the business, creating credibility through responsiveness, curiosity and follow-through.

Influence stakeholders at all levels, balancing people outcomes, business needs and risk.

Take ownership of exciting people projects and drive them end to end, from planning and stakeholder engagement through to implementation and embedding.

Proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner

Strong knowledge of employment legislation and workplace frameworks

A confident, thoughtful approach to coaching and influencing leaders
