Head Chef – Italian & Modern Global Cuisine

We're looking for a passionate, confident Head Chef to take full ownership of our kitchen.

This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can work unsupervised, lead a small team, maintain high standards, and consistently deliver exceptional food.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
Strong background in Italian cuisine with experience in modern global/fine dining
Confident in menu development, food costing, stock control and kitchen management
Calm under pressure with excellent leadership skills
Passion for quality, presentation and consistency
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
